Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Presales Consultant to support and drive bid and proposal activities across the US, UK, and Ireland markets. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to build a career in technology consulting, sales, and solution delivery within a dynamic and fast-growing organisation.
As part of a successful and expanding commercial team, you will play a key role in supporting strategic sales initiatives, developing compelling proposals, and contributing to the successful delivery of technology solutions for both existing and prospective clients. The team works closely with customers, technology partners, and delivery practices to secure and execute business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of large sales opportunities generated through the Commercial team and strategic technology partnerships. Lead smaller sales opportunities and bid responses independently or with guidance from senior sales professionals. Assist in the successful transition of awarded contracts, including client engagement, commercial discussions, contracting activities, delivery team collaboration, and project mobilisation. Manage and coordinate the preparation of high-quality bid submissions, tender responses, proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation. Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales Executives, Project Managers, and Delivery Consultants to ensure timely and compelling responses to client requirements. Develop case studies, solution descriptions, and value propositions that clearly articulate business benefits and technical capabilities. Support and participate in client presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations as part of the evaluation and selection process for consulting and managed services opportunities. Ensure all bid activities are delivered to a high standard and in accordance with submission deadlines and governance processes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
