Overview
A consultative pre-sales role responsible for leading the technical and functional aspects of the sales cycle for a key workforce and workplace management software solution. You will work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs, deliver tailored demonstrations, and position solutions that drive measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to understand customer requirements.
- Design and deliver tailored, value-driven product demonstrations.
- Act as the solution expert throughout the pre-sales process.
- Support sales teams in competitive positioning and deal progression.
- Contribute to proposals, RFPs and RFIs.
- Map business needs to system capabilities and recommend solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of integrations, APIs, and HR/payroll system connectivity.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, and implementation.

Key Knowledge Areas
- Time and attendance, rostering and scheduling
- Employee self-service and absence management
- Labour forecasting, analytics, and compliance
- Workforce systems and operational optimisation
Experience & Skills
Essential:
- 3–5 years’ experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or related roles
- Experience delivering software demonstrations
- Strong understanding of SaaS environments
- Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
