Presales Engineer (UK, Full-time, Remote)

Location: United Kingdom Work Arrangement: Full-time, remote


Responsibilities

Support business development by:

  • Generating leads through roadshows, workshops, and client meetings.
  • Acting as the technical expert during sales pitches, handling all technical communication to showcase EcoFlow solutions.
  • Building and maintaining trusting relationships with partners through technical expertise and understanding of their needs.
  • Preparing technical materials and presentations for pre-sales support.
  • Conducting product training to ensure partners understand the key USPs of EcoFlow products & services.
  • Collecting feedback and insights from clients and partners and collaborating with R&D to drive product improvements.
  • Customising technical solutions to meet customer requirements and support commercial success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electro-mechanical Equipment, or a related field).
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing pre-sales technical support (or a similar role).
  • Experience in the Residential Energy Storage or renewable energy industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong self-motivation and proactivity:
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for public speaking and group training.
  • Technical problem-solving approach: listening to customer needs and devising effective solutions.
  • Enthusiasm for the renewable energy industry and continuous learning, even in a rapidly evolving field.
  • English fluency is essential; proficiency in Mandarin or other Asian languages is advantageous for global collaboration.
  • Must hold a valid British driving licence.
