About the Company
Justt helps leading global brands transform chargebacks from operational burdens into predictable, revenue-protecting components of their business. Our AI-driven platform automates dispute resolution at scale, recovering lost funds and aligning risk and finance teams across multiple markets and sectors.
Built on a culture of clear thinking, deep collaboration, and strong ownership, our global team partners with payments industry leaders to deliver technology at the core of modern finance. Whether through pricing models (Carr/ARR-focused), go-to-market strategies, or cross-disciplinary tech teams, Justt’s impact is tangible and measurable—directly improving the bottom lines of Fortune 500 companies and fintech disruptors alike.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Discovery & Scoping
- Lead deep technical exploration of prospects:
- Map their payment stack, processing service providers (PSPs), data flows, chargeback volume, and dispute lifecycle.
- Define integration blueprints (e.g., API routes, evidence retrieval mechanisms, data enrichment pipelines).
- Flag risks, gaps, or blockers proactively—aligning owners for resolution upfront.
- Act as the ternary link between Sales, product, engineering, and prospects during scoping.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Run customised technical demos tailored to the prospect’s environment and use cases.
- Facilitate POCs that validate Justt’s fit—translating technical obstacles and objections into agreement-drivers.

Statement of Work (SOW)
- Convert scoping outputs into a precise SOW (integration approach, timelines, data specs, acceptance KPIs).
- Maintain the SOW as a living document during the sales cycle.
- Hand off a clean, complete SOW to Onboarding SEs at execution handoff.
Sales Collaboration (AE Partnerships)
- Co-own deals with the Account Executive: true partnership, not support function.
- Stretch and simplify: craft technical visions that Benchmark owners feel comfortable… or hold focused scoping.
- Represent Justt’s warts as a supporting enterprise/luiz payments leader.
