About The Team And Role
At Klaviyo, our mission is to empower creators to own their growth. We're looking for a high-performing Presales Project Manager to lead a function built around AI-driven deliverables, creative problem-solving and cross-functional project management. The setting is customer questionnaires and proposals, but the day-to-day is about running creative, fast-moving delivery rather than traditional RFP processes.
This is an individual contributor role with real visibility across the go-to-market organization. You'll be the first dedicated hire in this function, which means you'll shape it from the ground up rather than inherit a fixed process. Some software and practices already exist, but the expectation is that you'll rethink them using AI, not simply operate within them. If your instinct is to question whether a step should exist at all before optimizing it, this role is built for you.
You'll find strong support and eager partners across Sales, Presales, Marketing and other parts of the business. This is a chance to build something new: a function that treats every customer response as an opportunity to produce something creative and tailored, while directly impacting revenue, win rate, and brand perception.
This role sits in the Presales organization, alongside our Presales Solution Architects and Demo Experience team. If you think in terms of projects rather than paperwork, have real hands-on AI fluency, and have a strong creative instinct for what makes a client-facing deliverable land, this role could be for you. In return, you'll be part of a high-performing team working at the intersection of engineering, sales, and customer engagement.
How You'll Make a Difference
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deliverables end to end, coordinating input from Sales, Product, Legal, and Security under tight deadlines.
- Bring fresh, creative thinking to how proposals and client deliverables are structured and presented, rather than defaulting to existing templates and formats.
- Use AI to build new categories of customer-facing deliverables beyond the traditional written proposal, such as personalized microsites or interactive formats, in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Presales.
- Bring an informed point of view on where AI can replace, accelerate, or improve existing processes, and pilot those changes.
- Partner with Sales and Go-to-Market operational leadership to ensure our process is measurable and built for maximum effectiveness and efficiency, including qualification, response rates, win rates, and turnaround times.
- Own the end-to-end RFP, RFI, and security questionnaire response process, from intake through submission, including maintaining a scalable, up-to-date knowledge base of approved answers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who You Are
- You have strong project management instincts: you have experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deliverables under deadline, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- You have genuine, hands-on experience using AI tools to speed up or improve your work, and you can speak specifically to what worked, what didn't, and what you had to fix.
- You have a point of view on how AI will change proposal and deliverable work over the next few years, and you're energized by that change rather than protective of the process you know.
- You have an eye for what makes a customer-facing deliverable feel tailored and compelling to a senior buyer, whether or not that experience comes from traditional RFP work.
- You're naturally creative: you look at an existing process or format and instinctively see how it could be reimagined, not just executed more efficiently.
- You're collaborative and low-ego—you know how to bring people together to get things done and aren't afraid to chase down answers or ask for help.
- You're excited by the idea of joining a company where your work will be visible, valued, and essential to how we win.
