Microsoft Pre-Sales Architect - Home based with Travel - £65,000 + OTE
Are you a cloud-focused Pre-Sales Architect who enjoys turning technical capability into real business outcomes?
We're looking for someone who can confidently engage with partners, understand customer challenges, and translate those into compelling Microsoft Cloud solutions. You'll be joining a growing cloud practice, helping partners unlock opportunities across Azure, Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace and broader Microsoft Cloud technologies.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the blend of technical architecture, commercial awareness and relationship building that sits at the heart of successful pre-sales.
What You'll Be Doing
- Work closely with Microsoft partners to identify opportunities, shape solutions and support successful sales engagements.
- Help a partner build a cloud strategy.
- Deliver a technical workshop.
- Present a solution to a customer.
- Enable a team on new Microsoft technologies.
- Collaborate with internal sales and vendor teams.
- Contribute to technical enablement initiatives.
- Help drive growth across the cloud business.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in a pre-sales, solution architecture, technical consulting or cloud advisory role.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and Modern Workplace technologies.
- Knowledge of the wider Microsoft ecosystem, including cloud security, hybrid solutions and licensing.
- Comfortable delivering presentations, workshops and customer-facing technical discussions.
- Ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders at all levels.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

- Exposure to AWS.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Partner Centre, Marketplace or vendor programmes.
- Experience working within a channel or partner-led environment.
