About Us
We're Thrive Learning, and we’re changing the way people learn at work. We believe learning should be easy, effective, and empowering, not a chore. That’s why we built the industry’s first truly modern, all-in-one learning experience. We didn’t just create a new product; we rewrote the rulebook.
Doing things differently is in our DNA. Our technology is helping over 3 million people worldwide unlock their potential and grow their careers. You've probably heard of some of the brands we work with, like Volvo, Vodafone, Krispy Kreme, and Sky. They trust us to deliver learning experiences that their people actually want to use.
We’re the fastest-growing learning technology company for a reason. Do you want to be part of a team that’s building something that matters and helping people thrive?
The Role
As a Presales & Solutions Specialist at Thrive Learning, you’ll be at the forefront of helping organisations understand how our LMS/LXP can transform learning and performance. You’ll partner with Account Directors, Account Executives, Product, and Technical teams to design and deliver tailored solution demonstrations, articulate value propositions, and guide prospective customers through the evaluation journey. Your role is key in ensuring that Thrive’s innovative technology is presented in a compelling, consultative, and customer-focused way.
As a trusted advisor, you’ll bridge the gap between customer needs and Thrive’s technology. You’ll scope requirements, design solution narratives, and showcase our platform in live demos and presentations. You’ll work closely with the Director of Presales & Solutions and cross-functional teams to ensure proposals and demonstrations reflect our product strengths, market differentiators, and future roadmap.
Core Responsibilities
- Solution Discovery & Consulting: Partner with Account Executives to engage with customers, understand their learning challenges, and design tailored Thrive solutions that meet strategic objectives.
- Deliver Engaging Demonstrations: Create and deliver compelling product demos, proof of concepts (POCs), and presentations that align with customer needs and highlight Thrive’s unique value.
- Own Technical Conversations: Lead technical discussions during the sales cycle, covering Thrive’s integration capabilities, security and data considerations, and alignment with customer systems. Propose solutions, document requirements, and ensure these are clearly communicated internally and externally.
- Craft Solution Proposals: Support the development of solution designs, scoping documents, and responses to functional/technical queries.
- Market & Product Expertise: Stay up to date with Thrive’s platform capabilities, competitor offerings, and EdTech trends to position Thrive as a market leader.
- Collaboration with Product & Tech: Act as a voice of the customer, feeding insights into the Product and Engineering teams to help shape the roadmap.
- Support RFP/RFI Responses: Partner with Bid Writers and SMEs to provide solution-focused content for tenders and customer documentation.
- Enablement & Knowledge Sharing: Help upskill Account Directors and Account Executives with product knowledge and solution positioning.
- Trusted Advisor Role: Build credibility with customers by understanding their business drivers, regulatory environment, and learning culture.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
