Who we are

At Vertiv, we build products that keep critical technologies running 24/7. We are proud we were the first to protect mainframes with precision cooling systems. We were the first to introduce an integrated enclosure system to distributed networks. We help some of the largest names in the industry bring new capacity online faster and at a lower cost when search and social media increased demand for storage and computing. Our portfolio spans power, thermal and infrastructure management products, software and solutions, and is complemented by a network of nearly 250 service centers worldwide.

Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:

  • Development of technically and price competitive cooling solutions working closely with colleagues and/or external partners when needed.

  • Provide Sales with pre-sales technical support when building proposals, quotes and tenders.
  • Provide Sales with pre-sales technical support when attending technical meetings, aiming to become a reference point in EMEA, being able to explain the whole thermal chain, from servers till heat rejection/heat recovery.
  • Create and review application based documentation (drawings, specifications, electrical layout, presentations) enabling AE colleagues and Sales to secure the business.
  • Share ideas and detailed design proposals to Product Management and Engineering teams for product improvement/development by applying a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Provide product and application based training to the EMEA AE community and Sales to strengthen the know-how across the Vertiv's group.
  • Support WT activities and factory visits when needed.
  • Attend in person meeting with clients when necessary supporting colleagues and Sales.
  • Support that any activity, task and responsibility required by role in terms of the International Trade Compliance Regulation is managed and performed in full compliance with the Company ITC certification program itself.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
