We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a member of staff to join our thriving Little Cherries Pre-School. We are seeking a caring and patient practitioner to work closely with a child with Special Educational Needs in our preschool, supporting their individual learning and developmental needs.

Job Details:

  • Position Type: Fixed Term, term-time only, including TEDs
  • Hours: 18.75 hours, 3 days a week
  • Working Hours: 8.30am – 3.15pm
  • Working Days: Initially Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, with the possibility of an increase in hours throughout the year to suit the needs of the preschool to comply with Early Years ratios.

Duties:

  • Providing safe, high quality education and care to children aged 2-4 years
  • Being a Key Person for a group of children to support and monitor their emotional, physical and developmental needs

Qualifications:

  • A full and relevant Level 2 qualification or higher and recent experience in an Early Years setting would be desirable but not essential.
