Preschool room leader in Early years
Banana Moon Day Nurseries is looking for passionate and qualified Early Years Nursery Practitioners/Nursery Nurses at Level 3 to join our dedicated team. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive environment committed to providing exceptional care and education to young children. Key Responsibilities include: Planning and delivering engaging activities in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Providing a warm, caring, and safe environment for children. Working collaboratively with the nursery team and supporting children’s individual development. Building strong relationships with parents and carers to share progress and support children's needs. Available working patterns: Full-time Flexible hours including day shifts, 8 or 10 hour shifts. Monday to Friday working pattern, with occasional overtime. Requirements The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Level 3 qualification in Early Years Care and Education (or equivalent). Experience working within a nursery or early years setting. Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one. Paediatric first aid qualification is preferred, or willingness to complete one. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
