Change Grow Live Kirklees is a fully integrated service responsible for delivering a range of interventions and we are currently seeking a full time Prescribing Administrator to join our passionate and dedicated team. You will be based in Huddersfield but will be required to work across Kirklees.

Responsibilities
The successful applicant will:
- Assist in the management of prescription production as required across the whole service including in batches
- Assist in the management of prescription production and changes to scripts in line with medical reviews.
- Maintain and assist with process of prescription generation across the Integrated Recovery Service.
- Act as first point of contact within the service, for actions and discussions around prescriptions and controlled stationary.
- Ensure that telephone calls and visits from service users, outside agencies and CGL staff are dealt with promptly and courteously, transferring calls to appropriate personnel when necessary.

In addition to prescription management, the candidate will provide an efficient and professional reception service, maintain an effective appointment system and ensuring all calls and visits from service users, external / internal agencies and staff are dealt with promptly and courteously.
The post holder will also have excellent communication and organisational skills as well as demonstrable experience of effective partnership working.

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
