We are now recruiting for a Prescription Management Team Member to support our Pharmacy Support Team.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the Pharmacy Prescription Management Operations in managing prescriptions, patient data entry, and pharmacy communications
- Assist in the supply of medication in a safe, effective, and efficient manner, adhering to regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Follow and promote relevant SOPs and company policies
- Scan documents into document management systems or databases
- Ensure patient data is correctly inputted into CRM and document management systems
- Monitor and respond to correspondence in a professional manner, including communication with patients and clients
- Maintain documentation filing systems within the department
- Ensure prescriptions are labelled and dispensed:
- Timely and accurately
- While complying with confidentiality and data protection protocols
- Collaborate with the Prescription Management Team and dispensing teams to:
- Process patient data accurately and efficiently
- Ensure smooth, safe running of the pharmacy dispensary
- Read and comply with all communications from headquarters and other stakeholders to undertake necessary actions for the pharmacy and customers
- Maintain good housekeeping
- Carry out reasonable requests from appropriate team members
- Help improve HealthNet’s continuous development by forwarding suggestions to relevant personnel
- Proactively assist in other departments during high-pressure periods

Hours
Mon-Fri (rotating 11-week blocks):
- 7am–3.30pm (1 week)
- 8am–4.30pm (8 weeks)
- 9.30am–6pm (2 weeks)
- 10.30am–7pm (1 week)
- 8am–5pm (1 week)
- 9am–6pm (1 week)
Required Experience & Skills
Desirable
- 1 year’s experience in a pharmacy setting (though not mandatory)
Essential
- Previous admin experience (not essential but preferred)
- Microsoft Office proficiency
