About the Role
This is the opportunity for a confident and design-led PowerPoint Designer to create high-quality branded presentations within Jupiter's investment management firm.
Key responsibilities:
- Working as a member of our Presentations team
- Assisting in the design and delivery of collateral that communicates our fund strategies and performance clearly to clients and stakeholders
- Shaping design standards and driving continuous improvement of collateral and processes

Responsibilities
Presentation Design and Delivery
- Design and produce clear, accurate, and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations to the highest standard
- Enforce visual consistency across all collateral, adhering to design guidelines
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of monthly and quarterly presentations, often within tight deadlines
Data Preparation & Integration
- Oversee the collation and integration of:
- Fund performance
- Assets Under Management (AUM)
- Other key metrics
- into PowerPoint templates, designing clear data visualisations
- Ensure data is accurate, current, and compliant with standards
Content Coordination
- Partner with internal teams (e.g. Events, Channel managers, Sales, Investment desks, Performance and Compliance) to:
- Scope requirements
- Deliver presentations in a timely manner
- Establish and maintain a well-governed library of:
- Presentations
- Templates
- Assets
- Source files
- Evidence files
Continuous Improvement
- Support team members by sharing expertise and knowledge
- Apply best-practice standards for translating fund content into visually compelling presentations
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience
- Significant experience in presentation design, ideally within asset management
Skills
Communication & Collaboration
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Confidence to advise and influence investment and sales teams
Technical Proficiency
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with a:
- Strong eye for design, layout, formatting, and consistency
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel
- Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
