Presentations Associate
Salary: £28,000 per annum, plus company benefits
Location: Leeds LS10
Contract: Permanent, full time
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm, 1-hour unpaid lunch
Work model: Hybrid; 3 days in office, 2 remote

Purpose of Role
The Presentations Associate plays a key role in supporting the creation and refinement of high-quality presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders. Working as part of a collaborative team, this individual will liaise directly with clients and internal colleagues to ensure deliverables are accurate, visually consistent, and aligned with corporate branding standards. The ideal candidate will take ownership of their work from start to finish—ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, and communicating effectively throughout the production process.
While experience in a similar role is preferred, we are open to training individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to service excellence, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Person Specification
The successful candidate will have strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and the wider Microsoft Office suite. They must be a fast learner with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. The ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines is essential.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand presentation objectives and ensure materials are created or updated in line with business templates or client brand guidelines
- Design and produce a high volume of pitch books, information memoranda, and presentation materials primarily using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Translate complex data and information into clear, visually engaging graphics
- Ensure all presentations adhere to brand standards and maintain a consistent visual style
- Provide expert guidance on best‑practice presentation techniques
- Revise and enhance existing presentations to improve clarity, impact, and overall quality
- Contribute to the development of templates, style guides, and other design resources for company‑wide use
- Stay current with the latest presentation trends, tools, and technologies
Experience, Skills, and Competencies
- Experience working in a corporate environment or in the financial services sector
- Strong graphic design, data visualisation, and storytelling skills
- Robust technical proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to brand accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative working style
- High level of proofing ability and quality control, ensuring all outputs meet the team’s elevated standards
- Strong competence with Teams, SharePoint, and cloud‑based document collaboration
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently with flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to manage tight deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to work on their own initiative
