About the Role
This is an incredible opportunity for a creative, driven, and hungry individual to join a new brand from the ground up and help shape something truly impactful. The right candidate will:
- Be confident in front of the camera
- Demonstrate strong filming and editing skills
- Effectively produce high-quality social media content across multiple platforms
Responsibilities
- Filming and producing engaging content for social media platforms
- Creating short-form videos including Reels, TikToks, promotional videos, and advertisements
- Quickly editing high-standard content using industry tools
- Bringing fresh, creative ideas to marketing campaigns
- Assisting in content planning, social media strategy, and brand growth
- Capturing behind-the-scenes and day-to-day content
- Collaborating closely with the team to strengthen the brand’s online presence

Requirements
- Previous experience in content creation, videography, or video editing
- Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
- Ability to produce engaging short-form content optimised for social platforms
- A highly creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence (preferred but not mandatory)
- A desire to grow and develop with the company from an early stage
