About the Role
It is the role responsible for ensuring that one of the world’s most ambitious companies becomes and stays one.
About Opus
Most financial companies move money.
Opus is redesigning the infrastructure that governs capital itself.
Building the operating layer for ultra-assets: real estate, aircraft, yachts, private businesses, collections, and institutional capital.
We believe ownership is about to change more in the next twenty years than it has in the previous two thousand.
To build the company that defines that transition.
Why this role exists
Every great founder eventually encounters the same problem: Success creates complexity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Complexity creates organisational drag and eventually the founder spends more time managing the company than building it.
That is organisational gravity and it is your responsibility to defeat it.
The Founder will increasingly focus on architecture, capital, product direction, and category creation.
Your mandate:
- Build an institution.
- Recruit the most extraordinary people.
- Raise standards continuously.
- Create clarity where others create complexity.
- Protect the culture.
- Challenge weak thinking.
- Remove organisational friction before it compounds.
- Make every executive around you more effective.
- Build a company that makes it impossible for competitors to compete against.

The sorts of exceptional organisations few people ever leave.
Titles are irrelevant.
Capability is not.
The Bar
- You should already know what exceptional looks like.
- You should have recruited executives better than yourself.
- You should be capable of leading an organisation measured in billions, not millions.
- You should be equally comfortable discussing technology, capital, regulation, geopolitics, or organisational design.
- You should improve every room you enter.
If you’re looking for balance, certainty, or comfort, this isn’t it.
If your instinct is to create meetings before making decisions, this isn’t it.
If politics, hierarchy, or prestige matter more than building, this isn’t it.
If it is for you…
You probably didn’t search for this role.
You were already thinking about building something that could outlast you.
If you’ve spent your career preparing for that opportunity, we’d like to talk.
