Working Hours and Salary
In the first 12 weeks you will be working day shifts (7.30am - 4.30pm / 7.30am - 12.30pm Monday to Friday - 39 hours per week), but after training you will move onto a rotating 6:2/2:10 shift pattern Monday to Friday (38 hours per week).
Whilst on day shifts you will have the opportunity to earn up to GBP 30,500 per annum basic (DOE), but once you move onto shifts your annual salary will range between GBP 33,000 - GBP 37,000 per annum.
Overtime is regularly available and is paid at T1/3 after 39 hours, and T1/2 after 48 hours. This business also offers a GBP 2,000 new starter incentive bonus which is a staggered payment (GBP 200 after the first month, GBP 800 once you've passed probation and the final GBP 1,000 to be paid after 12 months service).

What You Will Do
- Set up and operate advanced press machines, including Amada and Edward Pearson models.
- Perform bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches.
- Produce high-quality components for assembly operations while adhering to technical drawings.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure precision and compliance.
- Collaborate with a skilled team to optimise production processes and meet deadlines.
- Maintain a safe and organised work environment in line with industry standards.
