Digital Press Operator

Reflex Group is offering an exciting opportunity for a Trainee or Experienced Digicon Operator to join the business.

About the Role
We are looking for a production and quality-focused Digital Printer to work in a high volume and demanding environment. The role requires a meticulous, hard-working individual with a keen eye for detail. You will show an admirable work ethic and be committed to delivering each job to the highest of standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain digital printing presses (HP Digital or Screen Ink Jet preferred, but not essential).
- Ensure accurate colour reproduction and high-quality output across all jobs.
- Manage workflow effectively to meet tight production deadlines.
- Follow established procedures and processes independently.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot press issues as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production operations.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy digital print production environment.
- Strong eye for colour and detail, with a flexible approach to work.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent job management and organisational skills.
- Good standard of education and competent computer literacy.
- Able to follow procedures and processes independently.
