Location: Leamington Spa
Contract Basis: Permanent
Pay Rate: £18.34 per hour + shift allowance
Hours: 39 hours per week working rotating shifts

This role is pivotal in supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring processes are followed, teams are developed, and customer expectations are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities Of The Press Shop Team Leader
- Must have experience working in a manufacturing press shop environment
- Experience operating mechanical, hydraulic, or servo presses safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of metal stamping, pressing, and forming processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to operational teams.
- Act as the main point of contact for production activities and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate workforce deployment, machine utilisation, and shift resources.
- Lead shift handovers and maintain accurate operational records.
- Ensure work is completed in line with procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Promote compliance with health, safety, environmental, and 6S requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
- Support employee development through training and coaching.
- Investigate operational issues, implement corrective actions, and escalate where necessary.
- Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and overall team performance.
- Conduct investigations and produce reports when required.
- Maintain clear communication across teams to support operational success.

Rotating Fortnightly Shifts
- Monday to Thursday 06.00am-2.00pm (8 hours per day)
- Friday 06.00am-1.00pm (7 hours per day)
- Monday to Thursday 2.00pm -10.00pm (8 hours per day)
- Friday 1.00pm -8.00pm (7 hours per day)
