Prevention Manager (Part-Time)

The Natalie Kate Moss Trust is a bold, ambitious charity dedicated to preventing brain haemorrhages through education, awareness and research. We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Prevention Manager to lead and grow our national Blood Pressure Awareness Day programme.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about public health and wants to make a tangible impact by helping identify undiagnosed high blood pressure and empowering communities to take control of their health.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director, you'll take ownership of planning, delivering and expanding our Blood Pressure Awareness Days across the UK. You'll lead regional teams, ensure consistently high-quality delivery, analyse programme impact, and work closely with the charity to grow our prevention campaign nationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of Blood Pressure Awareness Days across Greater Manchester and the UK.
- Manage and support regional Awareness Day Managers, volunteers and new programme launches.
- Recruit, train and develop staff and volunteers, creating a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Monitor quality across all events, ensuring consistent standards, safeguarding and operational excellence.
- Analyse programme data, produce impact reports and use insights to improve performance and demonstrate outcomes.
- Represent the Trust at public events, engaging communities and raising awareness of blood pressure and brain haemorrhage prevention.
- Work with the Director to develop new initiatives and expand the Trust's prevention programme nationwide.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about improving public health and preventing avoidable illness.
- An excellent communicator, confident engaging with the public and building relationships.
- A strong organiser with experience managing projects and multiple priorities.
- An inspiring people manager who can lead, motivate and develop teams.
- Data-driven, proactive and committed to continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to travel regularly across the UK.
- Space to safely store Blood Pressure Awareness Day equipment.
- Experience managing people and delivering programmes or projects.
- Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills.
- Experience using data to measure impact and inform decisions.
Desirable: Experience in healthcare, public health, community outreach, charity sector, volunteer management, CRM/reporting systems, or knowledge of blood pressure and cardiovascular health.
Salary & Commitment
- Part-time: 8 days per calendar month (with potential to increase within six months).
- Salary: £1,540 per calendar month.
