Pricing Analyst

About The Role

Days of Working: Monday to Friday

As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in developing accurate and commercially competitive cost models to support both new business opportunities and existing contract retention. Working closely with Business Development, Operations, Finance, and Bid teams, you will build tailored solutions across cleaning, security, and wider facilities management services.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, commercial awareness, and the ability to translate complex specifications into practical, deliverable, and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce accurate, competitive pricing solutions for bids and re-bids, ensuring alignment to client specifications and operational delivery models
  • Develop contract-specific resource models, including labour, equipment, materials, and technology requirements
  • Undertake site visits and surveys to inform solution design and costing
  • Review and interpret building plans and specifications to support detailed cost estimates
  • Use and contribute to internal and external benchmarking data to inform pricing strategies
  • Create supporting documentation (e.g., rosters, schedules, and shift patterns) for bid submissions
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Operational, Business Development, and Bid teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Work with Heads of Service to identify innovative and alternative service delivery models
  • Identify efficiencies through multi-skilling and optimisation of roles across service streams
  • Support mobilisation by developing transition plans, schedules, and cost breakdowns
  • Contribute to contract retention and improvement through re-engineering and challenging existing solutions
  • Maintain up-to-date market knowledge, including competitors, industry trends, and service innovations
  • Manage a high volume of tenders and re-tenders within tight deadlines
  • Ensure health and safety considerations are embedded within all solutions and activities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
