Pricing Analyst – Remote (with occasional travel to Chandlers Ford)
Role Summary
Salary: Up to £38,487
Location: Remote, with occasional visits to Head Office in Chandlers Ford

The Role
As a Pricing Analyst, you’ll take a strategic role in shaping our pricing strategies, tariffs, and commercial decisions—critical to driving business growth.
Working across our energy portfolio, your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage price tariffs, cost-benefit analyses, and revenue forecasts, ensuring alignment with market conditions, regulatory requirements, and profitability objectives.
- Utilise data-driven insights, industry trends, and competitive benchmarking to inform pricing strategies and identify new market opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity, evaluate market shifts, and provide actionable recommendations to balance customer value, commercial performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead pricing projects aimed at improving efficiency, optimising processes, and enhancing pricing tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain robust tariff management and support the implementation of pricing solutions.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of commercial pricing frameworks thatdrive business growth while meeting customer needs.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a commercially astute analyst with a passion for transforming complex data into meaningful business outcomes. Your attributes should include:
- A curious, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in pricing, commercial analysis, revenue forecasting, or similar data-driven roles.
- Ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and communicate insights to diverse stakeholders articulately.
- Experience in the energy sector (or related regulated industries, such as water, utilities, or renewable energy) is advantageous—but not mandatory.
- Strong Excel proficiency (VBA, SQL, or additional data tools like Power BI/Tableau are a bonus).
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Must-Have Skills:
✔ Excelling in data analysis and commercial strategy ✔ Proven ability to balance business objectives with regulatory constraints ✔ Sound communication skills to present findings to executives, teams, and clients
