Pricing Analyst (Aircraft Leasing)
Location: London
Coopman Search & Selection is partnering with an established aircraft leasing and aviation finance platform to appoint an Aviation Finance Associate
This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA-qualified (or newly qualified) Chartered Accountant looking to build their career within a leading international aviation finance business.
The role offers broad exposure across aircraft leasing transactions, treasury, structured finance, portfolio analysis, and strategic finance initiatives, working alongside senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment. It is ideally suited to finance professionals with experience in aviation finance, transaction advisory, structured finance, or treasury who are looking to develop within one of the industry's most dynamic sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of aircraft leasing and aviation finance transactions across international portfolios.
- Assist with portfolio analysis, fleet valuations, lease cash flow modelling, and financing structures.
- Partner with treasury, finance, legal, and commercial teams on funding, refinancing, and capital markets activities.
- Support cash flow forecasting, liquidity analysis, and debt portfolio management.
- Contribute to transaction due diligence, investment analysis, and financial modelling.
- Prepare presentations, market insights, and commercial analysis for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Build relationships with airlines, lessors, banks, investors, and other industry partners.
- Assist with financial reporting, covenant compliance, and transaction-related reporting requirements.
- Monitor aviation market developments, aircraft values, and financing trends across global markets.
- Support strategic finance projects and represent the business at industry events where appropriate.

Candidate Profile
- ACA-qualified Chartered Accountant (or newly qualified/close to qualification).
- 3+ years' experience within aircraft leasing, aviation finance, treasury, transaction services, structured finance, or a related environment.
- Strong understanding of aircraft leasing structures, aviation finance, and capital-intensive financing models.
- Experience supporting financing transactions, debt facilities, or capital markets activities.
- Exposure to treasury operations, liquidity management, refinancing, or debt portfolio analysis is highly desirable.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and commercial problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable working within an international, client-facing, and collaborative environment.
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
