Pricing Analyst Datatech Analytics | Reading Area (Hybrid)

Salary up to £50,000 PA DOE

Good pricing decisions don't happen by accident, they come from clean analysis, solid modelling, and people who know how to turn numbers into recommendations.

We're partnering with one of the UK's leading financial services organisations to recruit a Pricing Analyst with around 3 years' experience who wants to build a career in commercial analytics.

This is a great next step for someone who's comfortable in Python and SQL and wants to get closer to the business decisions their analysis supports.

You'll work alongside senior pricing and commercial colleagues, supporting pricing initiatives across retail, partner and digital channels, and gradually taking on more ownership as you build context in the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and maintain pricing models using Python and SQL to support revenue and margin decisions.
  • Support scenario modelling, A/B testing and price elasticity analysis.
  • Pull together competitor pricing and market data to feed into broader strategic discussions.
  • Translate data into clear summaries and recommendations for senior colleagues.
  • Work closely with Product, Finance and Commercial teams on day to day pricing questions.
  • Contribute analysis to support product launches and pricing initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
