About the Role

We are looking for a Pricing Analyst to support daily global special project pricing (SPR) activities by delivering data-driven insights, disciplined pricing execution, and cross-functional collaboration. The role ensures alignment with margin targets, improves win rates, and enables consistent pricing decisions across global markets.

Responsibilities

  • Global Special Pricing Request/Quoting
    • Daily management of SPR quotes across all global regions
    • Review project BOMs for completeness and optimization, suggest product substitutions where appropriate
    • Derive cost and margin analysis across a wide range of products
    • Recommend pricing strategies to balance margin and competitiveness
    • Evaluate and set pricing on project quotes for both Enterprise and OEM divisions
    • Grasp complex global sourcing options and impact on costs including but not limited to exchange rates, tariffs, duties, VAT, freight, and internally derived warehouse adders

  • Data & Analytics

    • Track pricing trends and performance
    • Identify opportunities to improve margins and win rates
    • Develop data-driven decision frameworks
    • Support consistent pricing using benchmarks
  • KPI Ownership

    • Work to maintain a high level of new quote completion at 90%
    • Utilize dashboards and reporting tools
    • Communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Tools & Systems

    • Use ERP (Oracle) and in-house quoting platform
    • Maintain pricing rules and system updates
    • Test and support automation and tool enhancements
    • Improve data quality, system performance, and reporting with proposed process enhancements. Drive automation and continuous improvement
  • Collaboration

    • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, Finance, and Operations
    • Provide pricing guidance and insights
    • Support pricing policies and discount frameworks

Qualifications

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience or alternative education paths will be considered.
  • 1–5 years of experience in pricing, analytics, finance, or customer-facing roles such as customer service or sales support.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Candidate must be willing to meet tight deadlines and respond to inquiries promptly. Role is fast-paced and dynamic.

Preferred

  • Global pricing experience.
  • Familiarity with currencies and exchange rates.
  • Knowledge of value-based pricing.
