MacGregor Black is partnering with a leading, privately owned consumer business to recruit a Pricing Analytics Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing commercial function where data and analytics are at the heart of strategic decision-making. Working cross-functionally with Category, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Business Intelligence teams, you'll play a key role in shaping pricing strategy through insightful analysis, scenario modelling and promotional performance evaluation.
Using data to drive smarter commercial decisions, you'll translate complex insights into clear recommendations that optimise profitability, improve customer value and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality pricing and promotional analytics to support commercial decision-making.
- Develop pricing scenarios, price elasticity models and promotional performance analysis to optimise trading performance.
- Build and maintain automated workflows and interactive dashboards using Alteryx and Power BI.
- Partner with Category teams to provide data-driven pricing recommendations and commercial insights.
- Collaborate with Finance to validate assumptions and measure commercial impact.
- Work closely with Supply Chain to understand operational constraints that may influence pricing and promotional activity.
- Present analytical findings to cross-functional stakeholders, influencing strategic decision-making across the business.
- Drive continuous improvements in data quality, reporting capability and pricing methodologies.

What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years' experience in Pricing, Commercial Analytics, Data Analytics or Revenue Management.
- Experience within Retail, FMCG, Consumer Goods or a private equity-backed business is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical capability with experience using Power BI, Alteryx, SQL and advanced Excel.
- A commercially minded problem solver with the ability to influence stakeholders through data-led insights.
- A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science or another quantitative discipline is advantageous.
£55,000 + Benefits
