Located in Milton Keynes, F&F Stores is a rapidly expanding E-commerce business that thrives on bringing licensed products from beloved brands like Disney, Marvel, Minecraft and iconic football clubs directly to your doorstep.

Our high-quality products include a wide range for the whole family, from toys and fashion to home accessories and beauty items, found on popular E-commerce marketplaces and our own e-commerce website.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Pricing and Revenue Strategist with strong analytical capabilities, financial insight, and deep ecommerce pricing experience — especially within Amazon or marketplace environments. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by developing pricing frameworks, optimizing pricing performance, and translating market data into actionable strategies that boost profitability and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Pricing & Revenue

  • Lead analysis of market trends, competitor pricing behaviour, and customer demand to shape pricing strategy.
  • Propose, model, and optimise pricing recommendations that balance growth, margin, and market positioning.
  • Develop pricing frameworks, elasticity models, and scenario simulations to support decision-making.
  • Support the implementation and adjustment of dynamic pricing rules where applicable.

E-commerce & Marketplace Focus

  • Monitor pricing performance and key metrics across major ecommerce platforms, with specific emphasis on Amazon (Seller Central experience desirable).
  • Collaborate with marketplace operations, growth, and account management teams to align pricing with promotions, buy box priorities, and inventory strategies.

Data & Financial Analysis

  • Dive deep into sales performance, cost structures, and profitability modelling to inform pricing decisions.
  • Build dashboards, forecasting models, and reporting tools that provide insights into price elasticity and revenue impact.
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to senior management and cross-functional partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Supply teams to ensure pricing strategies support broader business goals.
  • Influence pricing decisions through data storytelling, clear communication, and strategic thinking.

Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor pricing performance post-changes and iterate on strategies to maximise business impact.
  • Stay current on ecommerce pricing trends, competitor moves, and technology enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, finance, data analysis, or related ecommerce strategy roles.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to work with large datasets using Excel, SQL, BI tools, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to build pricing and revenue models and translate insights into business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting to stakeholders and leadership.

Desirable Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Amazon marketplace tools (Seller Central, pricing APIs, repricers, etc.).
  • Knowledge of dynamic and competitive pricing strategies in a marketplace environment.
  • Experience in BI or visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Understanding of promotional strategies and their revenue impact.
