We are working with a client to recruit a Pricing Coordinator to join their busy team in Peterlee. This is a varied administrative role that includes managing and maintaining product pricing while supporting the buying, sales, and finance teams.
Working closely alongside an experienced colleague with over 15 years' service, you will receive full training and support, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service experience who is keen to develop within a well-established business.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage pricing requests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Support the Promotions Coordinator with promotional activity.
- Complete general administrative and housekeeping tasks to support the department.
- Support the wider Commercial Team with day-to-day administrative duties.
- Build positive working relationships with both customers and colleagues.

Key Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an administration, customer service, sales support, or account management role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Confidence using computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing your own workload.
