Pricing Executive – Hybrid – London Liverpool Street

The Role
As a Pricing Executive, you’ll act as the central link between Bionic’s sales teams, supplier panel, and our highest-value customers. By leveraging strong relationship management, you’ll optimise pricing requests to deliver value for customers, suppliers, and Bionic, contributing to over £5 million in annual revenue.
The Team
Nestled within the Commercial department, the Major Business Pricing team focuses on refining the journey for high-value customers. You’ll collaborate closely with:
- Major Business & Bionic Outbound Sales teams
- Suppliers, including British Gas and EDF
The team’s core objective is to provide accurate, competitive pricing promptly, ensuring superior customer outcomes while continuously improving efficiency.

About You
Key Responsibilities
- Collate supplier quotes into clear, efficient formats for agents to present to high-consumption customers or those with multiple meters.
- Manage workloads independently and with the team, driving seamless end-to-end processes.
- Build strong relationships with agents and suppliers to navigate complex pricing scenarios.
- Partner with supplier management to secure optimal rates.
- Provide stakeholders with regular updates on pricing changes (e.g., supplier costs, SLAs).
- Share visibility with suppliers on pricing placements and feedback across the panel to drive better rates.
- Develop data-driven insights to optimise tender performance.
- Own and manage Bionic’s auto-tender process to enhance retention rates through process efficiency.
- Administer tender tracking and reporting.
Daily Activities
- Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers via calls and emails.
- Update stakeholders on tender progress.
- Format prices for customers and suppliers.
- Provide suppliers with pricing feedback.
- Update business units on performance metrics.
- Oversee tenders from start to finish.
- Improve processes via initiative and efficiency-driven thinking.
