Pricing Executive

This role is based in our London Farringdon office (EC1A 1AA) four days per week.
Support in shaping pricing strategy for a multi-billion-pound national organisation.
Join a high-profile pricing team operating at the centre of one of the UK’s most iconic businesses. Our work spans Domestic Parcels, Letters and International products, and the decisions we make directly influence the future success of Royal Mail.
We’re looking for a Pricing Executive to deliver pricing analysis and support customer deal activity across a diverse portfolio.
This is a great opportunity to develop your commercial and analytical capability in a fast-paced team, where your work directly supports revenue, margin and business performance.
About The Role
As a Pricing Executive, you’ll support customer-specific pricing activity, providing analysis and insight to help deliver commercially sound pricing decisions.
Working closely with Commercial teams and stakeholders, you’ll help prepare pricing proposals, support governance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
You will also:
- Support development of pricing recommendations for customer deals
- Produce performance reporting and insight (revenue, volume, margin and yield)
- Analyse customer and channel performance to identify risks and opportunities
- Prepare pricing analysis and governance materials for approvals
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal and Operations teams
- Contribute to process improvements through standardisation and automation
- Manage assigned pricing activity to meet deadlines and priorities

About You
You’re an analytical, detail-focused individual with a strong interest in commercial decision-making.
You will bring:
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Ability to interpret data and support pricing recommendations
- Good communication skills, able to present analysis clearly
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Desirable:
- Experience in pricing, finance or commercial analysis
- Knowledge of parcels, postal or logistics markets
- Understanding of pricing processes or regulated environments
