Chief Pricing Manager | London/Leeds | £60,000–£80,000 + 8% Bonus

A forward-thinking international professional services firm is expanding its Pricing & Profitability team and is seeking a commercially driven Pricing Manager to drive pricing strategy, profitability improvement, and commercial governance.

The firm is investing heavily in developing its commercial finance prowess, offering strong stakeholder exposure and the chance to influence high-level decision-making at a senior level.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead pricing assessments for client opportunities, tenders, and panel appointments
  • Develop commercially robust pricing proposals and fee structures
  • Provide profitability insights to support data-driven decision-making
  • Champion pricing governance and challenge unprofitable discounting decisions
  • Support pricing strategy, rate reviews, and pricing framework development
  • Cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
  • Utilise pricing data and analytics to enhance commercial performance
  • Drive continuous improvement in pricing and profitability processes

Who You Are

We’re looking for commercial finance and pricing professionals with experience in:

  • Professional Services (Legal, Advisory, Real Estate, Construction, Tech)
  • Big 4 Accounting Firms
  • Manufacturing or Retail
  • Other complex commercial environments

Essential qualities include:

-Strong pricing and commercial expertise -Experience in boosting profitability and margins -Familiarity with pricing governance frameworks -Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills -Outstanding stakeholder engagement -Ability to influence senior leaders and champion strategic decisions -A strategic, solutions-oriented mindset
