As Pricing Manager Atlantic
You will play a key role in supporting commercial decision-making through data-driven pricing strategies, profitability analysis and market insights for Great Britain and Ireland. Reporting to the Pricing Manager ECA, you will lead a team of Pricing Specialists and work closely with Sales, Finance and Commercial teams to ensure pricing decisions are aligned with business objectives and market conditions.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial analytics and pricing professional who enjoys combining data, business insight and leadership to drive performance and continuous improvement in a dynamic and international environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop pricing strategies and analytical capabilities to support commercial growth and profitability:
- Lead and coach a team of Pricing Specialists, ensuring effective prioritisation, collaboration and development
- Analyse pricing, profitability, market trends and commercial data to provide actionable recommendations to the business
- Support the development of pricing strategies and sales price proposals, balancing customer requirements, market conditions and profitability targets
- Produce and maintain pricing reports, dashboards and analytical models to support decision-making
- Partner closely with Sales, Finance and Commercial teams to understand business requirements and translate data into meaningful insights
- Monitor sales performance, margins and pricing effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing processes, reporting capabilities and analytical tools
- Support forecasting, scenario analysis and business planning activities
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across pricing and reporting systems
- Stay informed on market developments, raw material pricing movements and emerging technologies, including opportunities to leverage AI and automation tools

Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field is preferred
- Approximately 5–10 years of experience in pricing, commercial analytics, business analysis or a related commercial function
- Previous people management experience is required, including leading and developing teams
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience transforming data into commercial recommendations and business insights
- Advanced Excel skills are required, while exposure to ERP systems, Power BI and AI tools would be considered an advantage
- Key soft skills include excellent communication, the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, strong analytical and organisational skills, leadership capability, proactive problem-solving, planning and prioritisation, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and evolving market environment
Location & Details
- Location: Ashbourne, UK
- Working model: Hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 days working from home)
- Contract: Permanent, full-time (Monday to Friday)
