Pricing Manager / Senior Pricing Analyst Location: South East England (Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office) Salary: Up to £80,000 plus bonus and benefits Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Build and Lead Pricing CapabilityWe are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Pricing Manager or Senior Pricing Analyst to join a fast growing business at an exciting stage of its journey. This is a rare opportunity to become the first dedicated pricing hire, giving you the chance to establish pricing capability, influence strategic decisions and deliver a measurable impact on revenue and profitability. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Product and Operations, you will lead pricing analysis, develop pricing strategies and drive data led decision making through robust testing and analytics. The RoleYou will own and develop pricing strategy across key products and services. You will conduct price elasticity analysis to understand customer behaviour and optimise pricing performance. You will design, execute and evaluate pricing tests and experiments. You will build pricing models and recommendations that drive commercial growth. You will analyse large and complex datasets to identify pricing opportunities and risks. You will develop dashboards and reporting that provide visibility of pricing performance and key commercial metrics. You will partner with senior leaders to influence strategic decisions through data driven insights. You will help establish pricing best practice and build the foundations of a future pricing team. About YouYou will have experience in a Pricing Manager, Senior Pricing Analyst, Commercial Analytics or Revenue Management role. You will have a strong understanding of pricing strategy, price setting methodologies and price elasticity analysis. You will have experience designing and evaluating pricing tests and experiments. You will possess strong analytical and problem solving skills. You will be highly proficient in SQL and comfortable working with large datasets. You will have experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools. You will be able to translate complex analysis into clear commercial recommendations. You will thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment and enjoy working with a high degree of autonomy. Why Join?This is an opportunity to build and shape a pricing function from the ground up.
