Pricing Manager - Personal Lines Insurance - London 2 days per week
We are currently working with a well-known insurance brand who are looking to add an experienced Pricing Manager to their team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead & Develop one Pricing Executive - setting goals, motivating performance, and driving development.
- Optimise Pricing, ensuring added value is reflected in every deal.
- Balance Workloads & Stakeholder Relations, collaborating with Legal, Regulatory, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Strengthen Sales Partnerships, building strategic customer relationships and identifying opportunities for extra revenue.
- Generate Market Insights, working with Strategic Pricing teams on segmentation, competitor analysis, and value-building strategies.

About You
- Excellent mathematical and Excel skills (pivot tables, matching, complex formulae).
- Analytical mindset with experience in extracting insights from large datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency in numerical analysis.
- Ability to network effectively and communicate business impact concisely, both verbally and in writing, up to Director level.
- Ability to navigate complex pricing scenarios and develop sound commercial proposals.
- Understanding of business finances, including cost contribution and margin analysis.
- Good knowledge of price implementation systems, processes, and resources is desirable.
- Earnix experience.
