Role Overview

This is an administrative role within the Pricing & Promotions team. The core purpose of the role is to support the accurate setup, communication, and implementation of pricing and promotional activity across our stores.

You'll work with large amounts of pricing and product data, produce clear store communications, and support the Trading and Commercial teams by reviewing promotional configurations to ensure they are implemented accurately in-store.

This is a highly process-driven role requiring excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating, communicating, and implementing the company promotional plans and pricing activity within agreed timescales.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate store communication documents to support promotional activity.
  • Review pricing and promotional data to ensure information is accurate before implementation.
  • Work with large volumes of pricing and product data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Support the organization and implementation of short-term promotional activity, ensuring consistent communication across stores.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support for all pricing and promotional activity.
  • Work cross-functionally with Trading, Commercial, and Store teams to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Deliver accurate customer-facing store communications.
  • Maintain pricing records and administrative documentation in line with agreed processes.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Undertake various administrative tasks to support the Pricing & Promotions team.
  • Support team projects and continuous process improvements as required.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in an administrative, operations, commercial support, or office-based role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with large volumes of data.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative while collaborating effectively with others.
  • Experience within retail, commercial, logistics, supply chain, or pricing administration would be advantageous.

Hours

  • 37.5 | 9.00am – 5.30pm
  • Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern, and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.
