Job Description
About The Role
We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented individual who is interested in building a career in pricing, quoting, and commercial operations within a global technology organization.
As a Pricing Specialist, you will join a team of eight professionals supporting quotation and pricing activities across the EMEA region. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the semiconductor industry, work with international stakeholders, and develop your analytical and commercial skills.
What You Will Be Doing At Arrow
As a Pricing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting pricing and quotation processes for designated suppliers.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Preparing and managing supplier quotations and pricing requests.
- Reviewing margins on customer orders prior to shipment using Excel-based reports.
- Monitoring and supporting margin recovery activities on shipped orders.
- Requesting volume pricing and design registration discounts through Arrow and supplier systems.
- Maintaining pricing data, systems, and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supplier teams.
- Supporting internal and external stakeholders by providing timely and accurate pricing information.
- Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where attention to detail and customer focus are essential.

What We Are Looking For
- Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Nice To Have
- Previous experience in pricing, quoting, procurement, purchasing, sales support, customer service, or commercial operations.
- Experience working in an international business environment.
- Knowledge of the electronics or semiconductor industry.
