We have an exciting opportunity for a Primary Care Nurse to join our Primary Care team at HMP Brinsford, a Prison and YOI for men located in Wolverhampton
Along with a great team and learning and development opportunities, HMP Brinsford offers:

Hours: 37.5
Long days: 7:00am to 19:00pm / 19:00pm to 07:00am
Open to nights.
Salary
This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary between £34,428 - £41,659 per annum - depending on experience.

- be an integral part of the healthcare team at Brinsford by bringing your clinical skills and passion for care.
- You could be involved in anything from developing and leading clinics, undertaking examinations and tests as well as answering emergency bells and potentially being the first person to attend an emergency.
- Within this role, you will work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse led service and prevent hospital admissions.

You will be a Registered Nurse (Adult), NMC qualified and will have evidence of continued professional development
- Have an understanding of the complexities of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working, coupled with a non-judgmental and compassionate approach
- Ability to work unsupervised whilst following policy and procedures
