About Oati

Oati is a pioneering healthcare data technology company engineered to eliminate administrative friction and protect the financial health of UK general practice.

The current primary care landscape forces surgeries to lose critical revenue due to complex, shifting compliance rules, or burn hundreds of hours manually scraping systems to catch errors. Oati completely replaces this outdated manual approach.

We have engineered an automated, local-first data governance engine that sits securely behind a practice's firewall, working 24/7 like an invisible, digital staff member. It monitors the electronic health record (EHR), lab results, and software tools (including AI scribes) in real time to catch coding anomalies and financial leaks the moment they happen. Up to date with nightly updates for the latest NHS rules, it completely eliminates year-end panic, letting practices generate audit-ready reporting at the push of a button.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, highly motivated Sales Manager to lead the deployment of Oati into UK GP surgeries and Primary Care Networks (PCNs).

This is a high-autonomy, remote position where your earning potential and career trajectory will scale directly alongside the growth of the company. You will be responsible for introducing an innovative solution that pays for itself on day one by unlocking immediate, retroactive revenue for the surgery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage Existing Networks: Immediately open doors and pitch Oati directly to decision-makers (GP Partners, Practice Managers, and PCN Clinical Directors) within your established professional network.
  • Execute Full Sales Cycles: Lead the commercial process from initial outreach and live demonstrations to contract closure and onboarding.
  • Articulate a Strong ROI: Clear out the technical jargon to show GP partners the immediate bottom-line impact: how Oati stops cash leaks, saves hundreds of hours of staff labor, and removes the need for expensive external consulting.
  • Territory Management: While the role is entirely remote, you will selectively visit local surgeries or PCN hubs when face-to-face engagement is required to finalize key deployments.

Requirements & Experience

  • An Active Primary Care Network: You must possess an existing, high-level rolodex of trusted relationships with GP Partners, Practice Managers, or PCN leadership who can make purchasing decisions. This is an absolute requirement.
  • Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated experience selling software, services, or medical utility solutions into the UK primary care or NHS space.
  • Autonomous Drive: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile startup environment where you manage your own pipeline and run your territory independently.
  • Clear Communicator: Ability to speak the language of a busy surgery, focusing heavily on operational relief, risk reduction, and financial stability.
