The ideal candidate will be passionate about education with the ability to deliver high standards of teaching and learning to pupils whilst creating relationships of mutual trust. With the shared goal of making positive contributions to children’s achievements and to a school’s success Person Specification Minimum Essential Requirements Right to work in the UK Minimum of 2 references Enhanced DBS clearance Experience/Qualifications Qualified Teacher Status Experience working in a primary school Skills and Competencies Be an excellent practitioner with high expectations and aspirations for all children. Have excellent classroom management skills and be proficient in planning, assessment and target setting Be an effective communicator, working in collaboration with colleagues and the wider community An ability to work as part of a team.
