An ‘Outstanding’ 3-form-entry Primary School in the heart of Wandsworth is seeking a Primary Class Teacher (Years 1–6) to join their creative team in September 2026. This is a Full-Time, Permanent role with exciting opportunities not available for long!

The Role
The school is looking for a Primary Class Teacher (Years 1–6)—open to:
- Experienced Primary Class Teachers (Years 1–6)
- Ambitious Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
This is a class-based role that comes with:
- Strong team of Year 1–6 Class Teachers
- Built-in CPD and professional development opportunities
- Grade range: MPS1–UPS3 (£38,766–£60,092 dependent on experience + TLRs for experienced teachers)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full scope of a Years 1–6 class, planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons for a diverse pupil cohort
- Foster creative learning that supports high academic standards
- Play a key role in EAL and SEN inclusion
- Engage with CPD to enhance teaching practice
- Contribute positively to team organisation and school life
Person Specification
Essential
- Hold or be in the final stages of obtaining UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
- Dynamic, driven personality with a commitment to continuous learning and adaptation
- Strong ability to listen to and act on feedback
