Vision for Education is working with a wide range of supportive primary schools across the Wirral that are looking to welcome enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) from September 2026. Whether you're seeking a long-term role to complete your induction or would prefer the flexibility and variety of supply teaching, we'll help you find the opportunity that's right for you.

The Role

As an Early Career Teacher, you will:

  • Teach across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your preferences and school requirements.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire young learners.
  • Create a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
  • Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
  • Gain valuable experience through supply work or complete your ECT induction in a long-term placement.

About You

To be considered, you will:

  • Hold, or be due to achieve, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by Summer 2026.
  • Be passionate about making a positive difference in primary education.
  • Have strong communication, organisation and classroom management skills.
  • Be adaptable, enthusiastic and committed to continuous professional development.
  • Be dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
