Primary ECT | Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2026.
- A strong academic background, including a 2:1 degree or higher from a recognised university.

- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A reflective and enthusiastic approach to professional development.
- Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and pupil wellbeing.
