Your Responsibilities
Short-Term Roles
- Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons across different year groups
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
- Follow school behaviour policies and manage classroom expectations effectively
- Mark and provide feedback in line with school policies
- Adapt confidently to different school settings and routines
Long-Term Roles
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the curriculum
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Create an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and wider school activities
- Take on full classroom responsibilities, including planning and marking
