Final-Year Teaching Students - Launch Your Teaching Career This September!
Are you a final-year teaching student ready to begin your journey in the classroom? We're looking for passionate and dedicated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join a variety of welcoming mainstream primary schools across Surrey - Camberley from September.
Whether you're looking for flexible short-term work or a longer-term placement to build your experience, we have exciting opportunities available across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in Camberley.

Your Responsibilities
Short-Term Roles
- Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons across different year groups
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
- Follow school behaviour policies and manage classroom expectations effectively
- Mark and provide feedback in line with school policies
- Adapt confidently to different school settings and routines
Long-Term Roles
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the curriculum
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Create an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and wider school activities
- Take on full classroom responsibilities, including planning and marking

What We're Looking For
- Final-year teaching students on track to achieve QTS
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- A proactive, flexible, and positive approach
