Primary Intervention Tutor | Redbridge | September 2026
Are you a recent graduate considering a career in Education? If so, we are looking for a confident and enthusiastic graduate to join a welcoming primary school in Redbridge as a Primary Intervention Tutor. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable school-based experience while supporting pupils who require additional academic and pastoral support.

Looking for a Primary Intervention Tutor Who...
- Has a strong academic background and a degree from a leading university
- Has previous experience working with children through tutoring, mentoring, coaching, volunteering, or support work
- Is passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning
- Wants to gain hands-on experience within a primary school setting
- Has excellent communication skills, patience, and resilience
The Role
As a Primary Intervention Tutor, you will:
- Plan and deliver small-group and 1:1 interventions, helping pupils build confidence, improve attainment, and make strong academic progress
- Work closely with class teachers and SEND staff to ensure every child receives the support needed to thrive
