The Role
As a Primary Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small‑group support to pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Help children access learning through tailored scaffolding and adapted resources
- Support emotional regulation, confidence and positive engagement
- Work closely with class teachers, SENCO and pastoral staff
- Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
- Contribute to the wider school community and uphold its values
