The Role

As a Primary Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and small‑group support to pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
  • Help children access learning through tailored scaffolding and adapted resources
  • Support emotional regulation, confidence and positive engagement
  • Work closely with class teachers, SENCO and pastoral staff
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
  • Contribute to the wider school community and uphold its values
