Primary School in Brent
3 Days per Week | Part-Time | Term-Time Only
Nurture Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and creative primary school in Brent to recruit a talented and enthusiastic Primary Music Teacher for a part-time role (3 days per week).
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Music Teacher who can inspire young learners and deliver engaging, high-quality music lessons across the primary age range.
About The Role
As a Primary Music Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering music lessons that develop pupils’ confidence, creativity, and musical skills. The successful Music Teacher will work across KS1 and KS2, fostering a love of music in a supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons as a Primary Music Teacher across KS1 and KS2
- Teach a range of musical skills including singing, rhythm, composition, and performance
- Create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment
- Assess and monitor pupil progress
- Support school performances, assemblies, and events where required
- Work collaboratively with staff and contribute to the wider curriculum

Essential:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working as a Music Teacher, ideally in a primary setting
- Strong subject knowledge and ability to engage young learners
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Enthusiastic, creative, and adaptable approach
