Primary School Sports Coach in Surrey/Hampshire - Multi-Sports Coaching Provider
£26-30k (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Location: Surrey/Hampshire, covering Farnham, Godalming, Fleet, Farnborough and Camberley
Start date: September 2026. Early expressions of interest are welcome!
Our client is a leading multi-sports training and coaching company with a genuine passion for making sure children enjoy PE and school sport. They deliver PE & School Sport, After-School sport and wraparound care, Holiday Camps, and evening Football Development sessions across Hampshire and Surrey, and they're looking for an experienced Sports Coach to lead sessions across a range of schools throughout the week.
This is a role with real scope beyond the coaching itself. Alongside delivering sessions, you'll get genuine opportunities to pick up new skills in marketing, customer service, business development and management, with a clear route to grow as the organisation does. There's no traditional head office to report into either, so there's a real element of flexibility and home working built in when you're not out at a venue.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
