Primary school Teacher

Primary School Teacher (KS1 or KS2)

Location: Orpington Start Date: Immediate Start Available Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Qualification Required: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Orpington on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach within either Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2), depending on experience and school requirements. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic teacher committed to delivering high-quality education and inspiring pupils to achieve their full potential.


The Role

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes pupil achievement and wellbeing.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold its values and ethos.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has experience teaching within a primary school setting.
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills.
  • Has a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.

  • Possesses excellent communication and organisational skills.
