Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
- Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
- Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds QTS or is on track to achieve Qualified Teacher Status
- Has a degree in Education, Psychology, or a related subject (2:1 or above)
- Is passionate about child-centred learning and pupil wellbeing
- Demonstrates commitment to raising standards and achieving positive outcomes
- Brings energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to the classroom
- Works effectively as part of a collaborative team
