Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
  • Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
  • Monitor progress and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
  • Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds QTS or is on track to achieve Qualified Teacher Status
  • Has a degree in Education, Psychology, or a related subject (2:1 or above)
  • Is passionate about child-centred learning and pupil wellbeing
  • Demonstrates commitment to raising standards and achieving positive outcomes
  • Brings energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to the classroom
  • Works effectively as part of a collaborative team
