Start Date: 1st September 2026

Contract: Temporary (Up to 2 terms)

About The School

Located in the scenic outskirts of Ely, our dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) school supports primary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, nurturing, and highly structured environment where every child is understood, valued, and given the space to thrive. We believe that behaviour is communication, and we work tirelessly to re-engage young learners with education through trauma-informed practices and a highly personalised curriculum.

The Role

We are seeking a resilient, empathetic, and highly skilled Primary SEMH Supply Teacher to join our team for a fixed-term cover starting this September.

You will take lead of a small class supported by experienced Teaching Assistants. This is not just a gap-filling supply role; you will be an integral part of our teaching community for up to two terms, building vital consistency and trust with children who need it most.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
